“The Yorubas solemnly reject, repudiate, repeal, and destroy the 1914 amalgamation proclamation which gave rise to the fraudulent entity called Nigeria where there is a master-slave arrangement between the Hausa-Fulani (the master) and the southern part of Nigeria (the slaves)”

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the Directorate of State (DOS) have given their total support to the YOLICOM Declaration of July 27, 2017. This declaration was made by the spokesperson of Yoruba Liberation Command (YOLICOM), Mr. Opeoluwa Akinola, at the World Press Conference held at the International Press Center Ogba, Lagos. The YOLICOM Declaration is in line with the quest by IPOB for the restoration of the nation of Biafra through the instrumentality of a Referendum mandated and supervised by the United Nations (UN).
In summary, the YOLICOM Declaration includes the following;

– The Yorubas are tired of the British-created Nigeria and are ready for their nation of Oduduwa Republic.

– Total rejection of any restructuring of Nigeria because of the skewed and fraudulent Constitution which favours only the Hausa-Fulani.

– The Yorubas solemnly reject, repudiate, repeal, and destroy the 1914 amalgamation proclamation which gave rise to the fraudulent entity called Nigeria where there is a master-slave arrangement between the Hausa-Fulani (the master) and the southern part of Nigeria (the slaves).

– A call on the UN to dissolve Nigeria and allow the constituent nations of Arewa, Oduduwa, and Biafra to go their separate ways.

The DOS also noted that members of YOLICOM are not happy with the way the good people of Yoruba nation were denigrated in the past by some Biafrans. In view of this, the DOS hereby offers apologies to the good people of Yoruba nation and promise that the IPOB under the Leadership Team of DOS will never engage in hate speech or denigration of other ethnic nationalities. That infamous attitude belonged to the past and the Leadership Team of the DOS is no longer into such ways of communication. In addition, the DOS hereby extends its hands of fellowship to all self-determination groups, organizations, and nations especially YOLICOM. The Indigenous People of Biafra under DOS believe in mutual respect, cooperation, and civility when interacting with others and we do eschew all manner of uncouth language and hate speech.

The DOS also wishes to use this opportunity to call on other organizations and groups to make public, a similar declaration to that of YOLICOM and to synergize with IPOB under DOS to provide a common front that will be used to approach the UN for a formal dissolution of the British contraption called Nigeria. The dismemberment and dissolution of the lopsided geographical entity called Nigeria which is a British-created country and a member of Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC), is a task that must be accomplished by all well-meaning and conscientious organizations and nations of the world.

The DOS continues to reiterate that the restoration of the nation of Biafra is a divine project whose time has come and is, therefore, unstoppable, unquenchable, irreversible, and irrevocable.

Long live Biafrans and long live the nation of Biafra!!!
