BIAFRA: WE ARE BOYCOTTING AND NOT STOPPING ANAMBRA ELECTION- IPOB TELLS INTERSOCIETY

BIAFRA PROTEST CRW1

Biafrans in Anambra state are hereby admonished to ignore a false and deceptive write-up issued by an IPOB-DOS friendly human rights organization called INTERSOCIETY, which they issued in conjunction with other organizations under the name of Southeast Based Coalition of Human Rights Organizations (SBCHROs). The joint write-up which they issued on the 12th of November 2017 was coated with lies and falsehood as it pertains to the stance of IPOB in respect of the upcoming gubernatorial election in Anambra state. Although INTERSOCIETY has always supported the self-determination rights of Biafrans, we cannot allow them to get away with lies and falsehood against IPOB. The pack of lies against IPOB by INTERSOCIETY & Co was based on a newspaper report by The Punch newspaper which can be accessed through the following link:http://punchng.com/vote-and-die-ipob-threatens-anambra-res…/

ANAMBRA GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION: REASONS WHY WE ARE BOYCOTTING IT- IPOB PRESS RELEASE

IPOB PEACEFUL PROTEST

Biafrans in Anambra state, who are eligible to vote, have unanimously agreed to boycott the upcoming gubernatorial election in Anambra state slated for Saturday, November 18, 2017. It must be recalled that the planned election is predicated on Section-178 of Nigerian fraudulent Constitution. The Nigerian fraudulent Constitution was single-handedly written by General Abdulsalami Abubakar without the consent and contributions of Nigerians. He brought it into existence through Decree Number 24 which was promulgated by an undemocratic military junta headed by the same General Abdulsalami Abubakar. To further entrench the fraud, General Abubakar lied in the preamble of the said fraudulent Constitution by stating that; “We the people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria….. Do hereby make, enact and give to ourselves the following Constitution”, whereas there was no such time when the people of Nigeria ever got together to produce such fraudulent document being referred to as the Nigerian Constitution. IPOB RESPONSE TO MOBIN –PRESS RELEASE

THE IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the Leadership Team of the Directorate of State (DOS) hereby inform all Biafrans to distance themselves from the information contained in a recent press release by an Igbo-centric organization that goes by the acronym “MOBIN.” According to this group of Igbo folks, the full name of their “Igbo-only” organization is Movement of Biafrans in Nigeria (MOBIN). These Igbo folks initially launched this Igbo-centric MOBIN as a political wing of a faction of IPOB led by another group of aged Igbo men collectively called Supreme Council of Elders of IPOB. At the point of their public unveiling, this Igbo-centric MOBIN announced that they have signed a memorandum of understanding with another Igbo-only political party called United Progressive Party (UPP). However, in the recent press release of 28th of October 2017 and signed by Mr. Emeka Emekesiri Esq, MOBIN has now changed their allegiance to yet another Igbo-only party called All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA). BIAFRA: Python Dance II, a failed attempt to stop independence movement- LONIM

BIAFRA PROTEST CRW1

The Lower Niger Independence Movement (LONIM) Staff Reporter has concluded an in-depth review of the historical role which Nigeria’s military establishment has played in taking the country away from the sound and realistic operational foundation established to manage the country’s affairs in the immediate post-Independence era. Military intervention ended the 4-regional federation enshrined in the 1963 Constitution. Military takeover abolished semi-autonomous federating regions, brought about pre-war pogroms and ethnic cleansing against Easterners, fought the murderous 30-month genocidal war which cost the lives of millions, balkanized the country into 36 vassal states that constitute immense liability to orderly growth and development, entrenched the culture of corruption through imposition of the 1999 Constitution with a military decree.

NIGERIA: WIDESPREAD CORRUPTION HITS NIGERIA UNDER BUHARI

Fani- Kayode Vs Buhari

Nigerians are in shock over widespread corruption that is currently rocking the country under its number one citizen, President Muhammadu Buhari, who has been described by many as a dictator. During the campaign that brought him into power on May 29th, 2015, the president promised the Nigerian people that he would fight corruption which has kept the country underdeveloped since its independence in 1960. However, Nigerians are disturbed over widespread corruption, especially in its petroleum industry. Last week alone, there was a report of over $26 billion scam in the Nigerian National petroleum Corporation, NNPC. Read More →

BIAFRA: JOHN NNIA NWODO’S INVERTED UNDERSTANDING OF SELF-DETERMINATION QUEST EMBARKED BY THE BIAFRANS- PRESS RELEASE

THE IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the Leadership Team of the Directorate of State (DOS) are appalled by Chief John Nnia Nwodo’s inverted understanding of the quest for the restoration of the nation of Biafra. He exhibited this lack of understanding during an interview at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) office in London. Chief Nwodo was a two-time minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and a lawyer who graduated from Nigeria’s premier university (University of Ibadan) where he rose to the level of student union president and was noted for being articulate and eloquent. Furthermore, Chief Nnia Nwodo is the current President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo which is a voluntary Igbo-centric (not Biafra-centric) organization that was founded in 1976 mainly to unwittingly replace the verile, much-respected, and highly result-oriented Igbo Union. Unlike the other two well-organized and strategically focused regional organizations in the molds of Oodua Peoples Congress (OPC: http://ooduapeoplescongress.org/) and Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF: https://www.arewaonline-ng.com/about%20us.html), Ohanaeze Ndigbo does not have any known website or internet domain name and neither does it have any physical/capital project that is either completed or ongoing under the presidency of Chief Nnia Nwodo.
On the 27th of September, 2017, Chief Nnia Nwodo made the following assertions while being interviewed by a BBC journalist: Read More →

Tony Nnadi pic

In response to the deluge of enquiries that had trailed the recent Washington Consensus (September 6, 2017), in which various Agitation Groups including MASSOB and IPOB formally embraced the LNC Referendum Template and in which all agreed to advance a cohesive Lower Niger Independence Movement, driving one compact Referendum Campaign, I wish to directly respond to some of the issues being raised about the internal difficulties in the IPOB hierarchy, as relating to the recent adoption of the LNC Referendum Template by IPOB, MASSOB and other Biafra Groups. Biafra: Enenche’s declaration null and void- IPOB

Army vs IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the Leadership Team of the Directorate of State (DOS) hereby state that the time has come for the dismissal, arrest, and prosecution of Major-General John Enenche for contempt of court and usurping the roles and responsibilities of the Judiciary by unilaterally declaring IPOB as a terrorist organization without obtaining any court pronouncement. During an ill-informed and contemptuous press release, the 51-year old John Enenche stated that the Nigerian Army has declared IPOB a terrorist organization. This declaration is not only judicially provocative and belligerent, the Idoma-born army officer acted beyond the mandate of the Nigerian Army as specified in Sections 10 & 11 of CAP A20 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (L.F.N.) 2004 and in Section-217(2) of the Nigerian fraudulent constitution.
