In response to the deluge of enquiries that had trailed the recent Washington Consensus (September 6, 2017), in which various Agitation Groups including MASSOB and IPOB formally embraced the LNC Referendum Template and in which all agreed to advance a cohesive Lower Niger Independence Movement, driving one compact Referendum Campaign, I wish to directly respond to some of the issues being raised about the internal difficulties in the IPOB hierarchy, as relating to the recent adoption of the LNC Referendum Template by IPOB, MASSOB and other Biafra Groups. Biafra: Enenche’s declaration null and void- IPOB

Army vs IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the Leadership Team of the Directorate of State (DOS) hereby state that the time has come for the dismissal, arrest, and prosecution of Major-General John Enenche for contempt of court and usurping the roles and responsibilities of the Judiciary by unilaterally declaring IPOB as a terrorist organization without obtaining any court pronouncement. During an ill-informed and contemptuous press release, the 51-year old John Enenche stated that the Nigerian Army has declared IPOB a terrorist organization. This declaration is not only judicially provocative and belligerent, the Idoma-born army officer acted beyond the mandate of the Nigerian Army as specified in Sections 10 & 11 of CAP A20 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (L.F.N.) 2004 and in Section-217(2) of the Nigerian fraudulent constitution. Biafra: IPOB´S response to president Buhari’s hateful speech

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the Directorate of State (DOS) are filled with rage from the insults heaped on the late Biafran Leader, Ikemba Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, by Retired Major-General Muhammadu Buhari, the terminally-ill and serial coupist who also doubles as the president of the British-created criminality and contraption called Nigeria. In his nationwide broadcast on August 21, 2017, Buhari called Ojukwu a coward who “after starting trouble and when things [got] bad [he] run away and saddle others with the responsibility of bringing back order with their blood.” Buhari is following the footsteps of his Northern brothers namely, Yakubu Dan-Yumma Gowon and Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma who have made similar ridiculing remarks on Biafran Heroes in the molds of Generals J. T. U. Aguiyi-Ironsi and Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu. Read More →
